Closed and Moved In

THANK GOD!! We closed on 10/4 with no problems! We're all moved in and starting to get unpacked. This has been a humbling experience and I'd go through it all over again. I'm absolutely in love with my new house.  Congrats and Good Luck to all who are still in the process of building a home.

The Start of Something New

I'm so excited!!! It's finally happening!

I'm glad I went by the house today. My egress window is in the wrong place. Talked to my SR and it will be fixed asap. 

It's supposed to be on this side. Anyway I'm still excited the process has started. 

Feeling A Bit Used.... Just Kidding!!

I'm a little late, but here are our selections

Rome Elevation C with partial stone, forgot the name of the stone. Navy blue shutters, graphite gray 

siding and front door is Outerspace. 

This is the Rome model home in Bowie, MD. My kitchen will look just like this one Espresso cabinets

 and St. Cecilia granite except for the backsplash and floor. We chose vinyl, we'll be getting

 hardwood after we move in. All stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting. We'll be adding 

pendant lights after we move in.
