I have a question for some 2nd floor laundry room Rome owners. What are the dimensions of the laundry room? We have decided on a washer and dryer set and I'm hoping they'll fit. We chose the LG 5.1 Washer & 9.0 Dryer in Graphite Steel, they are both 29' wide.
We are building a Rome in VA. Nice to find other Rome builders. As for the laundry room check the size on the floor plan or ask your pm. This should fit but your pm would know for sure. We have a large front loader set from our last home and our SR said there was plenty of room for them. If that doesn't work, I'll ask my pm too.

Thanks Melissa!
ReplyDeleteI went the Rome model home in Bowie, MD and measured. My washer and dryer will fit perfectly!
