The Start of Something New

I'm so excited!!! It's finally happening!

I'm glad I went by the house today. My egress window is in the wrong place. Talked to my SR and it will be fixed asap. 

It's supposed to be on this side. Anyway I'm still excited the process has started.

This is the Rome model home in Bowie, MD. My kitchen will look just like this one Espresso cabinets

 and St. Cecilia granite except for the backsplash and floor. We chose vinyl, we'll be getting

 hardwood after we move in. All stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting. We'll be adding 

pendant lights after we move in.

We have a permit and a start date of 7/1/13. I can't wait to see the progress of our home being built.

The 2nd Floor Laundry Room

I have a question for some 2nd floor laundry room Rome owners. What are the dimensions of the laundry room?  We have decided on a washer and dryer set and I'm hoping they'll fit. We chose the LG 5.1 Washer & 9.0 Dryer in Graphite Steel, they are both 29' wide.
